Just pick this up just for the shell and liner band but before I start stripping the paint off of it I just want to make sure it's not a reissue helmet from another country and paint is post war, your thoughts

Lol. Thanks leon, I paid $99 for it because the shell is In nice shape, hopefully it still has the factory textured paint underneath that crappy post war paint
