Thoughts on this se62 m35 dd luffwaffe helmet

Posting this for a friend who just purchase this, I am not a expert on decals but figured you guys can tell if they are legit or fake, thanks for any help

Hi Jack, Lufty's are my "weak point" when it comes to decals, but for what it is worth I think they are ok. It appears that a half hearted attempt was made to remove the National shield or it was over painted at one time and then uncovered again as it's condition is much worse than the Adler. Leon.

Hi, I think both decals are fine, but as Leon noted the tri shield looks 'uncovered'.

Any remaining liner? Looks like the shell was cleaned or polished at some time. NH
