It's not a decal. It's art deco. It looks like it might have flames around it. As in going down in flames.

I've seen one or two other m3s on the net before with swastika's on them with various reasons of perhaps why. personally I haven't a clue why. can you make out what it says below the swastika out of interest. I can see WEAR ??????
