    You have to shoot close-ups with the macro function otherwise they will always be out of focus.
    I will refrein from commenting on the adler but the other shield is painted on post war in my opinion.

    Thanks for the feedback. But what exactly denotes the shield as postwar? I'm just curious. What are your opinions on the liner?

    Too much light hitting the top of the eagle. A head on macro shot is what is needed, preferably taken outside in daylight, but not directly in the sun.
