don't agree with that, do the re search............ don't guess.

Whoever it is only has himself to blame.(As Frank rightly says) and there are no bargains to be had, if it is cheap, it's usually wrong

    Hi Guys,

On the Military Trader UK forum is a video of identical helmets being offered for sale by an 'Antiques sales' co. at an American show. There must be a dozen of them on a table, and one look should be enough to condemn them, although one mod there seemed very taken with a skull emblazoned example.

The business is owned by a man called Steve ????? and a woman who's name escapes me. I think they were operating out of either Washington State or West Virginia. My guess was he get's them and she paints them. Either way they are all fake, and i'm betting this is one of theirs.

    Cheers, Ned.

That "style" of cartooney artwork has appeared on a few helmets in the last few years.

It is noticeable ironically by it's distinctive style ... just watch e-bay over a period of time and examples pop up.

It's believed to be a "artist" out of University around the Nottingham/Newark area UK.
