Wehrmacht helmet: original or fake??

Hi all! I need your help to find out if this helmet is original or not, the price was 220 euros (i think a very good deal), and apparently had been in an attic, you think that the decals are original or fake? and the leather? i have not more pictures sorry...

its a real helmet in my oppinion, cant tell about the chin strap but the helmet looks real

Helmet looks real enough but definately need better pics of liner and chin strap as well as makers mark and lot no/

it looks original to me, but the chinstrap isnt. get a picture of the liner too, these arent the best.

looks to be a original helmet,,,220 Euros is way too much for a rust bucket like that, in my opinion

Recognize the helmet? This came out of the ground in Estonia, not an attic, and when I bought it from the guy who dug it up it didn't have a liner or chinstrap. I know who I sold this helmet to but ..... where did you buy this helmet Williamsong?

Hi Jim,
Well spotted, but I suppose it is fairly distinctive. It all depends on what liner etc has been stuffed in it. The dishonesty about it coming from an attic, is less appealing than its true history to me.

good spot mate i was going to say it looked a bit too rusty to have been a attic find !
