Keep your chin and your spirits up. It's hard to give more advice without knowing exactly what's going on, but I won't pry. Just communicate with her and anyone else you might need to, and don't bottle it all up inside. It will get better in time. No one gets out alive, anyway

Just back after being gone for a week, Montreal and Quebec City. It was fun and the protestors found out from me that free speech cuts both ways LOL.
