Last words..... I am not referring to the actual ET64 stamp itself or the irregular position of the 1 in the number 221. I commented on the flatness of the metal around the ET64. It isn't flat anymore, this usually happens when stamping thin metal if the surface behind isn't hard enough, such as soft wood ! When stamping the metal it becomes mishapen due to the give of the surface that the helmet is placed on. How many other stampings can you show me with this lack of flatness in the metal around them ? (PS I do collect helmets and not just Panzer track links)
I thank you for your reply and opinion. Given most opinions and my own belief, however, it is deemed to be an original shell.
