WW2 Helmet with 2 decals...

Article about: Can anyone help me identify this helmet? I know it's WW2 German but I don't know what style. It has the number 66 (i think) on the inside and 2 decals and a chinstrap. Thanks!!

    It is a ww1 helmet used in WW2.

    The term we use is 'transitional ' ,basically a WW1 helmet that has been repainted in WW 2 period colours and decals and a differant liner added, remember that during the inter war yrs there was still a large stockpile of WW1 helmets , and these were utilised by differant branches of the military
