Re: WW2 - M35 Wehrmacht Helmet - Real?
Hi Francis, Danny,
You wouldn't like to elaborate a little, on what you find wrong i.e. faults with the helmet - one word Fake hardly throws much light on anything, does it.

Re: WW2 - M35 Wehrmacht Helmet - Real?
Yes, it's not fair to reject it without better examination. I like the non uniform yellow lacquer on the decal which is hard to fake but not impossible and paint appears correct with no artificial indicators. Also, fakers don't usually censor the swastika unless that was done by someone else. Having said that I would still need to see close up. Problem is too many fakes are hard to detect without careful inspection.

Re: WW2 - M35 Wehrmacht Helmet - Real?
I missed this one before !!! To me the decal looks good it has a nice tone to it , can't see a problem.
Good points made though guys if you think it's a fake then give the reasons as to why

Re: WW2 - M35 Wehrmacht Helmet - Real?
Some details around feet are obscured, but this appears to be a "Bigfoot" decal which has a slightly thicker swastika.

This helmet looks good to me as well. The decal is in proportion.
