1937 dated klein und quenzer buckle

Hi Ben & all,
I thought I'd post my latest buckle. As you can see it's a nice condition Klein & Quenzer dated 1937

.
Question, I've had a look at the other KuQ's posted and they are all dated 1937. Has anybody seen a different date on an alu buckle & did they make a steel version?

Nice buckle Richard and a maker quite hard to get hold of, I have never seen a steel buckle by this maker and I have seen a 38 dated buckle

Great looking buckle, Richard! I love the patina that the buckle has taken. Looks perfect! Not too worn and yet you know it was an issued piece! Looks real cool! Congrats!

Thanks Rob, Yeah, I'm really pleased with this one. It's a really nice eagle with the feathers still clear & I particulally like it's claws. Cheers, Richard.
