Aluminum Two Piece Heer Buckle

A new addition to my buckle collection.
Due to my father being in the panzer troops, I am partial to the aluminum heer buckles. I would not say that this one is unissued but, it appears to have only had a belt clipped into it once or twice.

I guess you could say it is, although I don't think I have ever seen a photo of a panzermanner wearing a wrapper with a field grey buckle.
