Army Belt and Buckle

What do you guys think about this belt and buckle? Worth $135? The buckle is aparently cast aluminum with a pebbled finish. OLC marked. Maker marked reverse GD Gd.

The hook on the belt is probably marked OLC, if the buckle is marked GD gd then it is by Gebruder Dehyle, quite a hard buckle to get hold of with them maker marks, I would pay $135 for the set

I am also being offered this belt and buckle for $85:
SC Pinetree logo 38 dated aluminum catch. Belt has had its adjusting tongue removed and buckle adjusting holes punched in the body. Scattered mounting holes around the belt, seller suggests that they at one point may have served a GI to display captured medals or pins.
