Hello,
I have this Army Brocade belt and was wondering should I clean up the buckle or let it go? I think I know the answer but was wondering has anyone done this or dirt is good?
thanks

I wouldn't touch it at all-it's appearance is great and you take a very sizeable risk in damaging it if you do. If it Really bothers you, under no circumstances should you attempt anything but very mild soap and water. Good luck! Nice belt and buckle rig! William
Thanks William - I just wanted to make sure as I like this belt alot and thought maybe the dirt would hinder it if I ever sold it.
thanks for your advice
mike
Dirt wont hinder a sale, its viewed as untouched, which goes to prove originality
I agree, do not attempt to clean it. It's gorgeous !
It doesn't really need it - the buckle shows better
with darker areas in the recesses...........
Regards,
Steve.
thanks guys as I though so but I wanted some thoughts from people with alot more experience with these belts!
salute
