Heer Buckle

Hi Guys, just scanning through a few dealer sights and noticed this, I did do a good look at Ben's very informative posts regarding heer buckles/eagles heads but i cannot find one that resembles this one, non maker marked also, I would be very grateful if you wonderful chaps could give me your thoughts, for £70 it looks too good to be true, many thanks for your feedback.

I wouldn't call it a bargain but it is a good price for one in close to mint condition. A nice addition to any collection.
