heer buckle with full date?

This buckle looks good to me from the front but I am not sure about it because of the full 1944 date on back. Has this type been seen before?

It looks like a Dr Franke made buckle with the square ears, but also the pigeon head fake has square ears, could be ok but would need better pics of the eagles head and markings

I have been watching this buckle on Ebay it just to see if it goes the full 7 day without getting pulled. A NADAP buckle made it throught a few months ago. I bought some great buckles off Ebay before PC messed it up.

I was watching this buckle to see if it made it past the Ebay police. The price went up to over $110 with less than an hour to go, then the listing vanished. I don't know why someone would bid that much. You can buy nicer buckles from the big dealer for a lot less.
