Is this heer buckle legit
I came across this heer buckle today and had some questions regarding its authenticity. The maker is marked as H&N 40 which I haven't seen before. It doesn't appear to be a batman or a pigeon head but I could be wrong there. Looking to get some second opinions. Thanks!
Looks like a good worn example to me. I do not know the maker.

I think you are seeing it wrong. I believe it to be B and N for Berg and Nolte. Try researching it through the forum function. IMO a good period buckle. Best regards.
