OK Ivan,
I agree with Ben, but mark a part in my personal opinion could be a not common marked original left facing HEER PARADE. "L" mark is so strange...could be a personal mark of the soldier, or...roundel is authentic!

"L" for Ludenscheid is a common mark associated to Berg&Nolte buckles
