Default Heer: R. Schmidt Belt and Buckle

After looking at the various manufacturers of buckles on this forum I didn't see this one. The buckle has ES 41 L stamped on it. The belt has some markings and stamps on as seen in the photos. Is this a rare one? It is the top belt in the first photo. If you need additional photos of certain areas let me know and I will provide them.

    Thank you for your help.

Josey, ESL means Ernst Schneider of Lüdenscheid.
This is a well known maker and one can not say that steel Heer buckles by ESL are rare.

Guido nailed the maker of the buckle. I can't speak for the belt makers....not really my area. As Guido mentioned ESL buckles are not rare....still a nice set though!

Thanks for the extra pics, have a look under the pin shroud, you may if lucky find another makers mark, a "JMO" in a triangle
