Help with HJ Buckle

I personally have no issues whatsoever with this steel HJ buckle by Christian Theodor Dicke, Lüdenscheid. It belongs to a group of genuine batch found buckles and as such, it is common to find those with a very close series of numbers on the RZM tax label. Having said that, there are also those sometimes available in mint condition and which have not slightly suffered during storage.
