That can only be one maker, Gustav Hermann Osang, (GHO) only he had an adler like this

BTW Ade, nice buckle, does it have the leather support tab on it? Normally Osang did not mark the steel buckles with his GHO in a triangle, just stamped the leather tabs, he did however mark some of his aluminium ones.
