Ultra rare to find one in this condition. I have a few that were close to 100% but they have started to lose some paint. 80 years will have it's effect.

Thank you all. I have more than ten buckle mint condition, but I do not see that the paint crumbled.

It could be the climate you live. In Colorado we usually have very low Humidity. Very little rust but things dry
