Need id on this belt buckle if possible

Looks to me like the early R.S.S. (Richard Sieper and Son) logo. That's what I would put my money on.

thanks Rob,,,i was thinking OLT in a diamond,but the diamond looks rather miniscule,,,

Probably Richard Seiper, any chance of another picture of the makers mark?

This is a early Seiper marking and normally there are two of them

Any chance the maker mark has been bashed or mishapen perhaps? Just wonder if the buckle could be by Friedrich Turch like this one?
