Nickel Reverse Facing Early Heer

Picked up this great reverse facing Heer. A very interesting eagle but I'm not sure about the maker. Andra Greenwave7 posted this composite photo of Reverse facing Roundels. I think the one in the upper left corner is the same bird.

Hello. Excellent buckle in excellent condition, Russian colleagues believe that this is the work of St&l.

Thanks for the information, it will give me a way to search. So far ever ST&L I have found has been to worn to see if the eagles are the same.
