Original heer buckle by JFS, M4/110 Josef Felix & Söhne, Gablonz. Looks like from the rear that it was originally a green buckle, you see more of the late war blue ones than the green, the paint from the front is all but gone.

If I was buying the buckle I would pay no more than $40-60, but that is what the buckle is worth to me, dealer prices are always going to be higher

Do you realy need the strap for using it on a uniform? Beceause here this is missing.

No, and most of these JFS buckles did not have straps for some reason, have a look at this thread for fixing buckles to belts, shows both types
