    Noone ever crawled into combat on that Soviet star, I would have paid 35Euro for the whole deal but only in thinking it is a post war patch up. Cute tho'!

    I am surprised that no one has commented on the fact that the pebbling has been sanded off.
    This would not have been done by a german soldier and too much trouble for a faker so I believe it is legit.
    Not to be worn but kept as a trophy.

    No question on the buckle Dan, that is as right as nine pence, it was the star for me and the fact that the prongs and sleeve were steel
