Has to be from the early days of RZM markings. Here is an example from the se company.

I'm surprised to see an RZM stamp; I thought only NSDAP organizations had RZMs on their gear...

Hi Guys, generally speaking you are correct. RZM marked military items should always raise concerns. However, in a few legitimate cases, such as these early marked buckles, it is perfectly OK.

I should have looked up the markings. I thought this was just a different marking from the same company. I must have a half a dozen different Eickhorn markings on daggers and bayonets.
