You can always check stitching by black light test.
(if it is a material no-synthetic)
And also check buckle tab for the remains of rust, or black dirt.
(in the prongs bottom)
Visually its look like subsequently assembled - buckle tab and belt.

GB is a major maker of tropical buckles but the color and thickness of the thread seems wrong.
Hi guys, thanks for the replies. I checked the black stitching and it looks ok. No holes from previous stitching so it's not repaired or restitched. The webbing material of the tab looks ok, i burned some hanging threads of the green reinforcing edges and it's not melting like synthetic thread but like cotton.
About the color being black, i have no idea. I was wondering the same thing but since Yellow said there were a lot of variations in colors then i guess it's ok.

I guess I just haven't come across one with dark stitching like this. If I ever see one I'll have to give it a closer look.
