Finally arrived today! No maker mark, but dated 41 under the roller. Opinions as to a maker? I really like this buckle, just wish the paint was better!

I thought perhaps GB, looks to be the remnants of the GB maker mark, but wasn't sure if it was that or a defect in the buckle?
