Ivan, it does appear to have similar features to the osang buckles i have seen posted here. Although the eagles head seems flatter on the known osang buckles and the prongs are cut differant, maybe thats just wear?

I dont think its a Osang buckle guys, here are both together, look at the eagles neck, the lettering. I am trying to find a buckle that was advertised on Hiscol for ages, it was questioned and for a long time everyone thought it was fake, this buckle certainly is an enigma!
