Here the typical HJ made by Meybauer with right marking and individual features :



Now this same buckle with same features comes with " A ges.gesch . A&S" stamping . No stampings from PM ...........

This buckle has nothing in common with Assmann .

Markus, I am very interested in seeing the buckle you are speaking of, I don't think that I have this or at least I can't recall it.
I would like to say that there were definitely relationships between makers, and to what extent I do not know, but I do have several buckles that are either double maker marked or have had one makers marks ground off and restamped with another makers marking. Maybe we should start a new thread of double maker relationship buckles ??? thoughts from the group? Ben?
