Hitler Youth Buckle m4 / 38 help please.

Hi All , ready to make my 2nd belt buckle purchase. I have got the collecting bug again now , it's great to be back. Have chatted to a very nice gentleman online and i have been offered this lovely looking Hitler Youth buckle - zinc i believe - Please could you guys let me know , if it is a good one (as it isn't cheap) but if it is good i feel that it would be impossible to upgrade on this one. So the price reflects this. Here are some pics , thank you in advance fellas.

I couldn't wait (too excited!) so i made the purchase. Hopefully it is ok , but the guy is a top chap so i am pretty sure it is a nice one.

Thank you gentlemen , you have made my day confirming it is ok. So glad i purchased it now. It was slightly more expensive than usual but i felt it was worth the extra. It is so great to be back.

Excellent, coating on the obverse is perfectly preserved, which is rare for zinc buckle.

Without wishing to be patronising, disrespectful or even pedantic to "yellow12", perhaps and if Wilhelm has a squint at this response, he could hopefully elaborate and expand on which has been loosely described here as a "paper tag". A little more detail on the RZM tax attachments would be greatly appreciated and I think, beneficial to the forum
