I think that Lenkwerk Gebrüder Schneider AG, Wien were somewhat interesting to say the least as to how they marked their manufactured buckles when compared to others.

It is almost as though they die stamped the buckle and then post production, made their mark. Their mark on occasions looks like hand punching.

Here is a RAD by the company which shows an element of eccentricity and almost naivety of marking technique.
