Another example proving, once again, that mint doesn't always mean fake. Congratulations on a fine addition. I wouldn't mind adding one to my collection either.
There one here in a antique store in Texas, actually, but without the wrapper and with some damage to the finish. It does contain its tag still, however.

In fact, same site he has a aluminium Coastal Artillery buckle by H Arld at £75, gents that is a steal and a very hard buckle to get hold of and very, very cheap!

Its a nice buckle in stone mint condition, the other buckle is also a rare beast, very hard to get hold of and in alumimium, the steel ones come up for sale more frequently and at a cracking price

yes a thing of beauty for sure, i have had one before and seen many for sale, nice to see the original find picture , what a nice time that would have been yellow ! johns tempted me and i dont even collect them , its that bling bling!
