Hi Chaps. Am i right in saying that these RZM marks are wrong. I thought the Z should have the strike through it?

the "Z" is ok, but are you sure the first front picture matches with the reverse? the reverse seems for one zink buckle but the front ain't.
Some buckles have the "-" through the Z and some don't .... they did not all have that "-" through them (even though there is a publication out there that is mistaken in assuming so).
Cheers!

The buckles are in the correct order with the reverse pictures to the right of each front. The first picture is a zinc version by Richard Seiper & Sohne, and the second one is made from copper nickle zinc. Thanks for your opinions chaps, i wasn,t sure whether to purchase them because of the strike missing from the Z.
Mark, both buckles are fine

Hi, I also read in the early days (yes, I'm old now) that a z without the line through it indicated a fake, as I later learned and through experience this is not so. They aslo informed that the rzm logo should be enclosed within a double circle, again, not always the case, see buckles produced by Assman and others.
Cheers, Roland.
