This nicely marked buckle popped up for sale rather cheaply... Seems heavily polished.. Should I buy or pass ?? Any input is welcome.

From the pics as long as the prong sleeve and prongs are original I think its a good buy, lovely marked buckle

I love it when the buckles are double marked with different RZM marking systems!
this is a great example with 1st series and KH series markings. I have always wondered if the makers had stock int he factory of marled buckles and then a new regulation to change the marking came...
were these buckles pulled from a box and re stamped to adhere to the new RZM marking regulation?
what do you guys think?
