it's known that some makers have a graded side profile .
It is P.Meybauer Berlin and Giesse & Schmidt Ruhla .
Here a example from a unmarked G&S :
Now i will talk about the P.Meybauer . Here are three , to showing the side profiles :
All are early nickel silver buckles .
Here are the front view's :
All three are maker marked .
First is with the right firm maker RZM 21 for Paul Meybauer Lüdenscheid :
Next one is with marking from Assmann in headstand :
And last and interesting this with Assmann marking .
The A&S and the A are removed and than it is stamped with
new maker mark from Paulmann & Crone Lüdenscheid :

IMO a very interest fact to see three buckles from the same maker with different markings .
