    Well, I looked at this Luftwaffe buckle long and hard for sometime and eventually decided to add it . Nice 2nd pattern, aluminum buckle with excellent 1940 LBA marked leather tab, and very nicely maker marked on the backside. Ben and I reviewed photos of this buckle some weeks back, and it took 4+ weeks to arrive from Germany - glad it finally landed here

    A very nice buckle and the mark in the leather is as deep and crisp I have ever seen.

    Agree Kirby, the leather stamp is unique and deep. Thanks G, this is the one I've been waiting to land...finally made it

    I'd leave it be...It adds character ..... Just like coins.... "Never clean coins or relics" IMO..

    Agree Ben, when I saw this one I knew it had to be a keeper...thanks for your arm twisting . For me, HJ buckles are interesting and so fun to collect. But I think I like the Luft buckles the most, just the design, eagles etc. I will post an updated Luft buckle group pic soon
