Article about: Hello, i got today this LW buckle from the department of E.Reitz of antwerpen in belgium . Loks like a foud piece in good condition . 40% of the silver color is still preserved.

    Nice buckle Markus. Being non-maker stamped, what design features are unique to a Reitz buckle? Not one I have or am familiar with. Cheers.

    Great addition to your collection. This is the buckle that most likely gave these the Reitz name. A collector on WFA insists Reitz only make cloth items.

    I noticed the catch on your buckle seems wider than the thin catch you usually find on these. I found a Reitz Heer buckle with a wider catch. I wonder if later production switched to a stronger catch.
