Help With Belt Buckle Identification

Hello,

I'm hoping that someone can identify the maker of my 1st pattern Luftwaffe belt buckle, as I have not had any luck (Of course, I also hope that the buckle and belt are original.... I've had them in my collection for several years). Any comments or information would be appreciated. Thanks.
