    Sorry about all the questions, but I must bother you gentlemen once more!

    As you may be able to see from the photos, there are some cobwebs in the recesses in the back of the buckle. My question is, should these be left as-is, or would it be better to wipe out the cobwebs? I don't know if they will attract water and perhaps cause the buckle to rust.

    Nothing wrong with a light wipe down. Most collectors don't want to see buckles or tabs polished or treated with anything.

    Different climates call for different storage methods. Just keep them dry and out of direct sun light.
