I think Ben has it right. I don't recall ever seeing the mark on a leather item before but I did a search a found this holster with a similar marking.

I would say the price is a little high. I would buy the buckle for a $100 and about the $100-125 for the belt. It isn't a matched set so $200-225 would be what I would be willing to pay.
