I do see Heer from this maker, but a Luftwaffe is great. Here is my KM that is one of the 1st buckles I bought when I joined WRF a few years back. Nice to see buckles with consistent design, prongs etc.

Here is another Heer example to add to this nice thread, have not looked at this one recently

I think the color is the same as my two Luftwaffe. Yours must be early 42. Using up their remaining leather tabs would be my guess.
