I always wonder when it is said "typical this, typical that".
Who knows Assmann just manufactured the prongs and roll
and the buckle is from another company, unmarked.
I know also Overhoff made these seperate parts for other
companies. Therefore my "typical this, typical that"!
I use the word "typical" Wim in that you find a lot of Assmann buckles or Overhoff with this trait on them, we all know both Overhoff and Assmann provided parts or even buckle to other makers. So to me if a certain maker has a particular trait to their buckles it does not matter who provided the parts if they did it would be typical to that maker.
