Your buckle seems to be made by Franz Reischauer in Oberstein in 1939.
I got the info from the "sticky" list of luft buckles (page3) and it's the closest match that I could see from the list provided.

Are those unit markings on the tab?? If so - the buckle is actually worth even more!

A great bargain indeed, what else did you get?
Mostly US Militaria. I also got a bronze star, 2 ribbon racks, a combat infantry badge, and a brigadier general rank pin.
