Hi....Yes, looks de-nazified - unless it's a European seller and the swastika has been blurred in the pic.
If de-nazified - then these go for $35-$40US....not really a whole lot more than that in this condition.

Not taking anything away from un-tabbed ( I have a few myself ) , but in my opinion there is nothing nicer than a tabbed buckle. They seem complete. Nice one frenchy............
