This one is being sold as "Schirmmütze Offizier Grenzpolizei Sachsen Anhalt DGP Grenztruppen DDR um 1947", worn between 47-51.
However, the visor is made by JC Kornacker, (Marke Standard) which was located in Hildesheim, FRG.
