2 East Bloc Hats

I picked up a nice lot of Iraqi gear today and got these 2 east Bloc hats included in the lot. I have no idea where they come from. Does anybody here have an idea? Thanks.

Could they be from YUGOSLAVIA JNA army?

The first hat is Hungarian
and the second hat is yugoslavian
