    UPDATE:

Hungarian chemical protective "poncho"/cape with hood - feat. a rare (I think "experimental") camo pattern - this camo was only used for a short time by special troops (paratroopers, border-guard)

The date is 1971 3rd. qrt. - the size is:"3" - and is in "unissued" condition.

    update:

I'll update more tomorrow - for today, something which is being shipped to me as of now, so only seller's pics:

It's a Hungarian "Armed Civil Guard" or "Industrial Guard" coat and hat. This para-military group was created in 1953 and lasted until 1989 (with that name - now they're called: "Armed Security Guards" - not to be confused with "mall-cops" )
Their job was (and is) to guard state-owned factories, dams, and other strategically important places - back in the 50's, for exmpl. they had to guard food factories as well (post war Eastern Europe had limited amount of food)

This hat is unissued, size 58 - the coat looks good also (I see some dirt maybe on the left collar, but the seller assured me: no holes or tears), has a rank (shoulders) of "in service for 9 years" (3 stars).
Unfortunately, I did not find any archived photos of anyone wearing it, so far anyway.

More pics soon, when it arrives...

very nice set fabe how hard will it be for you to find the matching trousers ,the collar rank insignia is reminicent in my opinion to the east german Kampfgruppen der Arbeiterklasse emblem ,i also notice it has the hammer too so it must be the soviet influence again ,also mirrored in the gdr's hammer and compass, thanks for sharing ,james
    Regards James
