    Default Police Buckle Roundel?

    Good evening,

Within a Third Reich bundle of medals I've been offered includes this Police Belt Buckle roundel.

Firstly can anybody help identify originality and to what purpose this item serves - is it from a parade buckle?

    Thank you, Glen.

Yes, it is from a Parade / Private purchase buckle. You can see where a few tabs have been snipped off.. There should be four areas like this..

Fantastic - thank you guys for your responses. I'm sure the item shown has little appeal but it will sit nicely in my collection until the rest of the buckle follows.

    Thank you, Glen.

A loose roundel is still a good item to spice up a display.
